Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Allulose or other sugar substitute
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda optional (chewier texture)

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet
  • flatten with fork tines
  • bake 11 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Cool 10 minutes and remove from baking sheet
  • Enjoy!
