Sugar free dried cranberries

Try finding "no added sugar" dried cranberries commercially. You can't! (some are infused with fruit juice, ie SUGAR)!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute

Instructions

  • Empty cranberries into large bowl and with scissors, cut each cranberry in half. Tip: Slightly frozen cranberries make this task much easier.
  • Toss the halved cranberries with oil and sugar substitute and spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in 250 degree preheated oven and stir occasionally to distribute less dried cranberries to the outer edges where they will dry faster.
  • Continue drying until the cranberries reach desired dryness.
  • Store in closed container in refrigerator.
