Sugar free dried cranberries
Try finding "no added sugar" dried cranberries commercially. You can't! (some are infused with fruit juice, ie SUGAR)!

- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 tbsp MCT oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
Empty cranberries into large bowl and with scissors, cut each cranberry in half. Tip: Slightly frozen cranberries make this task much easier.
Toss the halved cranberries with oil and sugar substitute and spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in 250 degree preheated oven and stir occasionally to distribute less dried cranberries to the outer edges where they will dry faster.
Continue drying until the cranberries reach desired dryness.
Store in closed container in refrigerator.
